Who you are contracting with

VEYRA is operated by Barış Furkan Koyuncu, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye (Mevlana V.D., Konya; tax no. 5811141301), Aşkan Mah. Alakent Sk. Hanedan F Blok No:38/1, Meram / Konya, trading as Nivector.

Using the service means accepting these terms and the privacy page. If you enter the relic season, the official rules apply as well.

Accounts

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe; we only ever hold a scrypt hash of it and cannot read it.

You may delete your account at any time from the account page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What you can buy

Playtime packs: 72 active hours — US$5; 168 active hours — US$10; Unlimited play — US$30. Purchased hours decrease only during play, not with calendar days. Unlimited play is a separate account entitlement, not a zero-hour pack. These time packs do not include an item or an additional 168-hour bonus. Cosmetic items are priced separately.

Nothing on sale improves your chance of finding a relic, reveals a location, or gives any edge over a player who has never paid. That is a design constraint enforced in the code, not a marketing line.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Card checkout is currently unavailable. Use only the payment methods and current instructions shown in your wallet. Payment instructions are not confirmation of payment or delivery; credit is added only after payment is verified.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal

Playtime and cosmetics are digital content delivered immediately. Under Turkish distance-selling rules (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği Art. 15/1-ğ) and the equivalent EU provision, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your consent — and buying playtime starts delivery at once.

If a payment was taken and the credit did not arrive, that is our error, not a withdrawal: report it and the full amount is returned or the credit is granted, your choice.

The VEYRA counter

VEYRA is an in-game counter that accumulates on your account from play. It cannot be bought. It cannot be transferred or gifted between accounts. It cannot be converted into playtime, credit, money or anything outside the game. It gives no advantage whatsoever in the relic search.

Where it may be used later will be announced later. Nothing on this site is a promise of a future token, a listing, an exchange rate or a profit, and no VEYRA balance should be treated as an investment.

Conduct and suspension

Automated play, modified clients, exploiting a bug instead of reporting it, harassment in chat or voice, and operating more than one account are grounds for suspension. A suspension blocks login and every reward attached to the account.

You are told why. Every action against an account carries a written statement of reasons and a route to contest it through the report form, with a receipt number.

The service can be paused

The service may be paused for maintenance, or stopped immediately if a security problem or a payment fault makes continuing unsafe. When it is paused, unused paid playtime is not consumed — the clock does not run while you cannot play.

If the service closes permanently, unused paid playtime is refunded pro rata.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under Turkish law or your own consumer law. Otherwise, liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Turkish law applies; the courts of Konya, Türkiye have jurisdiction, without removing any right you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
