Anyone can use this — you do not need an account, and you do not have to give your name. This is the notice mechanism required by Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

Reports are read by a person. If we act on one, whoever we acted against is told what was done, why, and how to challenge it.

We keep your report and, if you gave one, your email — so we can tell you what happened. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, to stop the same complaint being filed a hundred times.

Something urgent involving risk to life: contact your local emergency services first. We cannot act quickly enough to be your only route.
